About this Pattern
If you’re looking for an ultra cozy, incredibly warm, handmade pullover, this is it. Our faux fur knit pullover is as soft as it looks and it’s surprisingly easy to knit.
With this project you’ll learn how basic shapes come together to create a pullover that’s fitted (to cut down on unwanted bulkiness) and comfortable enough to wear everyday. Don’t let the thought of fuzzy yarn hold you back. Although it has a very low stitch definition, it’s much easier to knit faux fur yarn than it is to crochet it. We kept the stitch pattern super simple – if you know the garter stitch, you’re good to go.

This knit pullover is made up of two body panels, two sleeves, two body panel bands, to sleeve bands and a collar sewn together. The sleeve instructions are a little different for every size, so you’ll find it written out entirely for each size.

Collar
With Color Made Easy yarn and smaller of the two needles, CO 96(96, 100, 100, 102, 102, 106, 108, 108) sts
Rows 1-7: K1 P1.
Bind Off: Bind off in pattern.
Assembly/Finishing
Step 1: Sew one body band to cast on or bind off edge of each the front and back panels.
Step 2: Lay body pieces on top of one another, right sides facing in with band along the bottom edge.
Step 2: Fold arms in half lengthwise. Align widest edge of arm piece with top edge of the body piece, one on each side.
Step 3: Sew along both edges of body pieces up to the arm pieces.
Step 4: Sew body piece to arm piece on both sides front and back.
Step 5: Fold two ends of collar inward and align at the center point. With a tape measure, identify the center point of the body panel and mark it with a stitch marker.
Step 6: Secure each side of the collar at the center point to the body panel.
Step 7: Sew shoulder seams on both sides.
Step 8: Sew collar to body. Weave in any remaining ends.
